Tinctloom · About

Built in Los Angeles, California.
One workspace for indie beauty launches.

We're a solo founder and a small remote team, building this workspace out of Los Angeles, California for indie beauty brands shipping their first SKU and the runs that follow. The thesis is straightforward — the MOQ math, contract-manufacturing access, ISO 22716 GMP posture, and compliance evidence chain that the majors coordinate through agencies should collapse into one subscription a single founder can run from a single workspace.

We don't replace the chemist, the formulator, or the contract manufacturer. We build the workspace that lets a one-person brand coordinate with all three without renting a regulatory retainer or hiring an agency. Subscription, ledger, and shipping settle on the same transaction.

Mission

Our mission.

Turn the beauty factory into software.
Tinctloom, founding thesis

The beauty industry still runs on the same agency-and-retainer playbook it used when indie launches were mailers and trade-show booths. The factory floor, the compliance ledger, and the procurement conversation each live in a separate system, on a separate contract, billed through a separate vendor. Tinctloom collapses that one subscription — the same workspace carries the formula, the COA, the MoCRA listing, the EU 1223 declaration, the run of goods, and the shipment.

Five agents, five areas of work, one transaction. The chemist still signs the formula, the contract manufacturer still runs the line, the regulator still stamps the filing — but the artefacts that connect them now live on one platform a single founder can operate without renting a regulatory retainer or hiring an agency in between.

Trust posture

Operations. Supply chain. Infrastructure.

Three places where trust has to be earned on the platform itself, not promised in a marketing page. The same posture applies whether the workspace is running a first one-thousand-unit indie SKU or a multi-region rollout.
